Abstract

The failure of a company not only has a significant economic impact, but also affects the employees who work in it. This research investigates the psychological and economic impact of company failure on employees, and proposes reorganization strategies to restore the company's economy. This research involved qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods to evaluate the impact of corporate failure on employees' psychological well-being, including stress, concerns about job security, and financial impact. The research results show that company failure can cause a decrease in employee motivation and performance, creating an unstable work environment. To overcome these challenges, this research proposes a reorganization strategy that includes internal restructuring, employee retraining, and innovation development. This strategy is designed to restore employee confidence, improve operational efficiency and create a more sustainable work environment. The practical implication of this research is to provide guidance for companies that experience failure to implement appropriate reorganization steps. By integrating these strategies, it is hoped that companies can achieve sustainable economic recovery while providing the necessary support for affected employees. This research provides valuable insight into the relationship between corporate failure, employee well-being, and reorganization as an economic recovery strategy
